In the morning, we visited the Riverside Market.
The indoor area is full of food stalls.
Shopping is outside.
The tram still operates here.
After the Riverside market, we came to this Farmer’s Market. Look at all the fruits and vegetables.
Our next destination was the Christchurch Botanic Gardens.
The Arts Centre Te Matatiki Toi Ora is just across the road. It is a beautiful building.
The place was quite big. And it’s free.
The final place for today is the Christchurch Gondola.
There were sheep on the side of the hill.
At the top of the mountain, there is a walk-around outdoor viewing level.
We had some light snacks.
Before heading outdoors for a walk. It was quite windy and cold.
And we had to be careful not to step on the sheep poo……
Our dinner for the night was at The Modern Eatery.
The next morning, we took an early flight back home.
