DAY 6 – Exmouth – Carnarvon (4 Hours)

In the morning, we prepared a hearty breakfast in the kitchen. By the way, the eggs in Western Australia are rather expensive compared to back home.

Then it’s time to pack up for the next journey to Carnarvon.

The fuel price over at Exmouth.

After 3 hours of driving, we arrived at our rest point – Coral Bay.

Coral Bay is also another popular beachside Campervan site.

Over here, you can rent an all-terrain Dune Buggy to drive at the nearby Sand Dune.

There is also a small Shopping Arcade.

Holiday chalets are also available here.

The highlight of the place is the beach. The white sand and turquoise water.

Came across this bakery and bought some pies for tea break.

During the drive, we came across many road kills. Drive carefully, as cows, goats, and kangaroos may dash across the road when you least expect.

After another relaxing 3-hour drive, we arrived at Discovery Park, Carnarvon.

Signing out the site key from the reception.

The camp kitchen has a pool view. How nice…..

After which, we proceeded to Woolworths.

What we bought for our dinner.

Preparing our dinner. We will be having Pork Chop.

Yummy!!!!!!
DAY 7 – Carnarvon – Geraldton (5 Hours)

It was fun preparing breakfast in the kitchen.

And we are on our way after that.

Our first rest point was at the Pink Lake—a lake made pink by the algae growing beneath it.

We are finally here at the Belair Gardens Campervan Park.

The park was situated next to a beach.

We found a seal resting among the rocks.

Soon, the sun began to set.

A simple self-cooked dinner and dessert to complete a wonderful day.
DAY 8 – Geraldton – Cervantes (3 Hours)

After breakfast, we checked out of the park and proceeded to Point Moore Lighthouse.

We had company at the parking lot.

The beach next to the lighthouse is also popular with many.

Our choice supermarket for getting items of the day.

Our quick lunch.

We will be taking this route for this part of the journey.

Taking a break here.

More shopping.

Got ourselves some chocolate and ice cream.

We also paid a visit to the beach.

Lot of seagulls can be found here.

We continued our journey and arrived at RAC Cervantes Holiday Park.

The reception.

That has a cafe that comes with both indoor and outdoor seating.

However, the ground here is sand flooring. So we had to clear our shoes of sand whenever we returned to the Motorhome.

It has a sizable pool.

A big bathroom for both males and females.

A table-tennis and pool table.

A big camp kitchen that got very crowded during dinner time.

Outdoor BBQ area.

Laundry with both washers and dryers.

Favourite place for the kids.

There are also charlets for rent.

At the outdoor cafe, we were treated to another beautiful sunset.

Our delicious dinner.
