For this leg of the journey, we took Ezi Car rental again.<\/p>\n\n\n

Our first meal in Christchurch was at Carl’s Jr. However, it was not as tasty as back home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We noticed that many of the mountain summit was covered in ice. The temperature up there must be colder than in Auckland.<\/p>\n\n\n

We arrived at the apartment’s reception 10 minutes before closing. What a close shave. Otherwise, we would have to spend the night in the car or look for another place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a cosy little place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was getting late, and many of the restaurants were closed. Luckily, this Thai restaurant was still open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
