We arrived at Broome Airport after a 4-hour flight.<\/p>\n\n\n

There are only two immigration counters at the arrival. As there were not many people on this flight, the process was quite fast.<\/p>\n\n\n

We started the day with a home-made breakfast consisting of bread, hard-boiled eggs, and avocado.<\/p>\n\n\n

We came across the Courthouse Market as we were walking towards the airport.<\/p>\n\n\n

It’s a community market available only on Saturday and Sunday of the week.<\/p>\n\n\n

We arrived at the counter as it opened and completed the registration.<\/p>\n\n\n

As usual, we conducted a walk-around and recorded all defects and dents on the phone camera and video cam. Our plan for today was to drive around Broome.<\/p>\n\n\n

The first destination was Streeter’s Jetty.<\/p>\n\n\n

This historic wooden jetty stretches into the calm waters of Roebuck Bay. Once bustling with pearling luggers unloading their precious cargo, today it offers a peaceful boardwalk where visitors can stroll among the mangroves, soak in the tranquil scenery, and reflect on Broome\u2019s maritime heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n

The next destination was Simpson’s Beach.<\/p>\n\n\n

Overlooking the tranquil Roebuck Bay, it\u2019s a favourite spot for peaceful walks, birdwatching, and watching Broome\u2019s famous tides ebb and flow. <\/p>\n\n\n

This is the place where rugged red cliffs meet the dazzling turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, creating one of Broome\u2019s most iconic coastal scenes. <\/p>\n\n\n

Next, we arrived at the most popular beach in Broome, Cable Beach.<\/p>\n\n\n

If you are driving a 4X4, you are allowed to drive up to the beachfront.<\/p>\n\n\n
