We arrived at Lijiang Station after a 2-hour-plus journey.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Homestay \u6c11\u5bbf (m\u00edn s\u00f9) arranged a driver to pick us up from the station.<\/p>\n\n\n

Due to the narrow alleys within the Lijiang Old Town, the driver had to drag our luggage on the cobblestone floor for part of the journey. <\/p>\n\n\n

Arrived at the entrance of the Homestay MingXuan Ju after 5 minutes. By then, damage had already been done to the wheels of the luggage.<\/p>\n\n\n

As we were staying inside the Old Town, the visit started the moment we stepped out of the Homestay.<\/p>\n\n\n

The streets get very crowded once night falls.<\/p>\n\n\n

It seems that grilled Durian is quite popular here.<\/p>\n\n\n

For dinner, we chose this restaurant V. Sherry, as it has quite good reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n

Peach gum desserts were immediately served as we sat down.<\/p>\n\n\n

Yummy!!! We had fish, prawns, chicken soup and eggs with jasmine flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back to the Homestay to rest after dinner, as we will be going to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tomorrow. The transport was supposed to pick us up at around 5 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
