We have to change to another flight for Jeju Island.

Our first meal in Korea.

After the meal, we check in our luggage for the next flight to Jeju.

As there was still some time left, we had another meal before the flight.

Finally arriving on Jeju Island.

Yes, confirmed we are at Jeju.

Following the rental car company’s instructions, we proceeded to the Shuttle bus station on foot. It was just across the road from the airport.

Looking for our Shuttle Bus.

Arriving at our Rental Car company after a 10-minute ride.

I did a careful inspection and highlighted all the scratches and dents of the car. Remember to record all these on the rental agreement.

The first stop as we drove towards our hotel was the Red and White horse-shaped Light House.

We also stopped by this little gift house.

It was almost dark as we arrived at our hotel.

Our bed for the night.

The room came with a small kitchen area. The standing shower came with a rain shower.

We drove over to this highly recommended restaurant for dinner.

Look at the spread. We were barely able to finish all the food. This meal cost us 40000 won.

The next morning, our first destination was the Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road.

Look at all the Windmills.

After all the Windmills, we continued our drive to the Osulloc Tea Museum.

There are some planted Tea trees for your viewing and picture-taking. We were allowed to enter the plantation.

Inside the Museum, we got to see the history of Osulloc and how tea leaves are processed and bagged. There were also many different flavors of Tea Leaves sold there.

While we were there, we tried some Green-Tea dessert.

Next, we proceeded to the Innisfree Jeju House just next door.

They have many products on display and also a Cafe inside.

Our next destination was the Jeju Premium Center. But it was rather quiet there.

We walked around the Center briefly and didn’t buy anything from there.

Passed by this viewpoint as we headed to Yongmeori Coast.

Wanted to have a meal of chicken in this restaurant but it turned out to be a Duck restaurant.

After some searching for the parking lot, we finally arrived at Yongmeori Coast.

Photo spot.

Andeok Valley was next. The place was very serene and peaceful. However, some walking was required.

We continued our journey to Cheonjeyeon Falls. Admission to the fall is 2500 won. The place is open between 1000h to 1700h. There are a total of 3 falls here. This is the first waterfall.

This was the 2nd waterfall. The 3rd was too far away and we decided to skip it.

This is the map for all the 3 waterfalls.

We were getting hungry after all the walking. So we scouted around the area for food and chance upon this restaurant. It looked decent and some locals were eating inside. So we decided to give it a try.

Look at all the food here. The pork cutlet was juicy and tender. The tofu kimchi soup was tasty. The portion was also big and it was delicious. It could be considered the best meal we had in Korea. Best of all, the price was affordable at 22000 won. In the end, we couldn’t finish everything and had to ask for the dumplings to be packed as takeout.

With a near-bursting belly, we need to walk off the food. So we headed for an Emart store.

Lots of fresh fruits were available there.

This is what we bought most over there.

By the time we checked into our 2nd hotel near Seogwipo Center, it was already quite late.

We did not realize that our machine in the room did not have a dryer function until we washed our clothes. So we had to source for a coin laundry nearby to dry our washed clothes.

The next morning, after a buffet breakfast at our hotel, we went to the Seogwipo Olle Market. It was still early and many of the shops were not open.

We proceeded to Oedolgae for our next visit today. The scenery there was beautiful. Though most of the places need a bit of walking.

Jeongbang Falls which flows into the sea was our next destination. A fee of 2000 won was required for each visitor.

We were able to walk close to the fall. However, there were a lot of people there too.

Seopjikoji , which was a short distance from the famous Seongsan Ilchulbong, was another beautiful coastal site you should pay a visit.

Seongsan Ilchulbong is a site most would visit when they come to jeju island. Be prepared for some up slop walking to the peak. But it’s a sigh to behold.

There were a lot of people there that day.

After climbing the peak, we need a fan to cool off. A big fan.

After cooling off with the big “FAN”, we headed over to Manjaggul Lava Tube for some cave adventure.

There is an entry fee of 4000 won per person for this cave. But it’s worth it. The experience is unique. Remember to wear good walking shoes and warm clothing during the visit. It’s rather cold inside the cave.

After the cave, we detour to the Mysterious Road for some bottle-rolling actions before heading for our hotel.

By now it was getting late and we were getting hungry. Black Pork Street here we come.

After Black Pork Street, we visit the Dongmun Traditional Market. It was full of people and stuff.

We checked into our last hotel and prepared our luggage for the flight to Seoul the next day.

Returned our rental car early in the morning and arrived at the airport with some time to spare.

See you in Seoul.
