We had a simple home made breakfast and went out early.

We arrived at the Sanctuary as it opens it’s door. We bought our tickets and feeds for the animals.

Besides the usual presentations at selected timing, they also organize animals encounter for you to get close and personal with some of the animals.

The first animal that greeted us was the Wombat.

Look at the Koala waking up to feed.

We get to feed the Kangaroos and Wallabys with the food we bought.

Look at the cute baby Wallaby sticking out it’s head from mummy’s pocket.

At 11am, we arrived for the presentation show. The first to perform was the Squirrel Glider. It could glide up to a distance 100 meters using the membranes of skin under it’s arm. It was followed by the Dingo. Lastly it was the Cockatoo.

After checking out the rest of the animals, we bought some snacks with Hot Chocolate and continued our way to Pure Peninsula Honey.

The man stationed there would explained to us the different between all the honey available there and also we could try them out.

This is what we bought.

Next stop, Sherwood Park Orchard. Hoping that we might be able to pick some apple.

However, the session was already over. No apple for us to pick from the tree. If you really plan to pick some fruits, check out the fruits season chart available online.

Time to head to our next Airbnb. Our unit is on the 2nd Floor. The owner actually stays on the ground floor.

Need to bring our luggage up these stairs. For those with a lot of luggage or with old folks, check for such thing before you make the booking. (Lesson learned)

As we reached the 2nd Floor, we were greeted by the simple kitchen and dinning area.

Next the living room.

The Master.

2nd Bedroom.

A standard Bathroom.

Let go to Melbourne biggest shopping center – Chadstone Shopping Mall.

It’s a really big mall, I almost got lost with all the different lanes. But most important of all, it has my favorite Bubble Tea.

After walking for about 2 hours, we decide to head for China Town for something special. On this night, they even has a small night market going on.

Here is our dinner. Hotpot at Fishpot.

What’s special about this hotpot is that the pot will rise up at the press of a button and allow you to get to your food more easily. You should try it.
