What a nice morning, this is the view from our 50th-floor apartment.

Our plan was to spend the morning at Queen’s Victoria Market and then have breakfast at a nearby cafe.
We left our car at the apartment and set off on foot. It’s a leisurely 20 minutes walk.

There is a parking site just outside the market. You can park there if needed. The first 2 hours are $6. Not too bad considering you are in a CBD area.

There are all kinds of stuff here. Leather products, shoes, hats, gifts and etc.

My favorite Avacado. It’s bigger that the ones we had back home.

Fresh Vegetables

Lots of fruits too.

Look what we found! This Feijoa fruit only grows in Tasmania’s winter session only. So we bought some to try.

After walking around for a while, we are feeling hungry. So we set off to Le Bajo for our breakfast.

Look at our sumptuous breakfast.

We heard that there is a place nearby that sells nice chocolate cake, so we went over to give it a try.

Look at what we bought! Hot chocolate and cake. Yummy!!!!!

To reduce car use in the city area and to encourage people to use public transport more often, the Australian government introduced a Free Tram Zone within the Melbourne CBD area. So we took a free tram ride back to our apartment just for the fun of it.
This is the area covered by free tram services. You can download the map here. You can also go to their official website to find out more.

Here comes our tram.

You can hop on and hop off the tram to visit the area if you have the time. Meanwhile, let’s enjoy the scenery outside.

We collected our car from the apartment and headed towards Apollo Bay where our next accommodation is located.

As we reached Geelong, we decided to stop at a random pier for a rest.

Time for a Tea Break. We decide to try out this place called Wharf Shed.

We had pizza and seafood rice. The food was Yummy, however, the milkshake was kind of diluted.

After our tea break, we drove to the nearby Westfield shopping center to walk off our food. There are affordable car parks within the center.

You can find discounted sunglass here too. Different discounts for different models.

After that, we continued our journey toward our Airbnb at Apollo Bay. Midway, we stopped by Coles to get some food for dinner and breakfast.

Our apartment for the next 2 days. It’s quite a big place with 2 separate bedrooms. A big living area.

Fully equipped kitchen.

A separate dining area.

The Master.

2nd bedroom.
